Sorry to all those who intended to attend the fish’n chip/ quiz that was planned for Saturday 22nd March. This had to be cancel due to lack of numbers. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR CLUB; IT’S YOUR CLUB. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts with regard to future events, please let me know. Easter weekend is almost here…………….....any thoughts or ideas?

An Easter Egg Hunt has been planned for Sunday 20th April at 11.30am . All member’s children and mum’s and dad’s are welcome.

A workday has been planned Saturday 12th April in order to tidy up the men’s showers prior to the commencement of the building/decoration work. Any help would be appreciated and work will start around 9 am …. many hands and all that.

Julie Wells intends to open the club from 10 am weekdays throughout the children’s 6 week summer holidays and hot snacks will be available.

Thanks to Katherine for the donation of children’s toys to the club. Thanks to Julie for the donation of the play pen and the children’s changing mat, which is situated in the lady’s.

Thanks to everyone who sponsored Mick Brown in his world record attempt. He broke the world record by staying under water for 7 hours and 15 minutes on a single 12-litre tank of air. In doing this he has raised approximately £2500 for a local charity, which will be used towards the purchase of a mini bus. Mick has asked me to extend his thanks for all your support.
