Questions

Question- What happens about the price of the membership if I wish to join half way though the season instead of at the start, do I still have to pay the full price.

Answer- This will depend on how far though the season is. Usually the full price is still paid for membership, because of it not being the start of the season though when you get to the next season you will pay pro-rata. An example is if you join in August (2005), you will pay the full price of membership (£100 for full). When you get to May 1st (2006) when the new seasons membership is paid you will only have to pay 9/12 of the membership price to take your membership to May 1st 2007.

Question- Can I use launch facilities though the week or are they just available for the weekend.

Answer- Yes if you are a member you have access to the launch facilities at any time, the times that you can use the launch facilities is not restricted.

Question- What time is the club house open and the bar.

Answer- The bar and clubhouse is open Friday nights, and Saturday and Sunday 12pm till 3pm. These are the times for the winter but in the summer the clubhouse may be opened earlier by members and also kept opened for longer. 

Question- Do you have to use your own vehicle to launch.

Answer- You can if you wish but the club also provides a launch vehicle which is a 4 x 4. Currently there are two automatic range rovers, one which can be used by members and the second is a back up.
