Gunfleet Boating Club Newsletter-

21^st October- Cod night plus quiz optional sausage or pie. £3.00 each please order before 14^th October by phoning or seeing the list in the club house. Limited numbers, so please book early.

28^th October- Beach fishing competition. 10.00 pm – 3.00 am

4^th November- Bonfire and fireworks night also with a barbecue and raffle. There will be a gut competition for children 1^st prize is a £10 voucher. Voluntary donations towards cost of fireworks.

11^th November- Support your local RNLI. Horse race night at Highfields. Tickets available from the club.

9^th December- Traditional Christmas meal, a menu will be sent out. Limited numbers so please book early. £11.50 for Adults and £6.00 for children. Closing date for booking and payment is 2^nd December.

19^th December- Xmas party for children, come and see Father Christmas in his Grotto. Food and entertainment provided.  Please supply a small gift for Father Christmas to give to your child, with your child’s name clearly labeled.

Important Notice-  

The number of the gate will change on the 1^st of October. Please remember not to give this number to anyone.

Members found copying door keys will be expelled from the club. Due to accurate records being required for the insurance.

Only alcohol on the club premises may be consumed on the premises during opening hours.

Also glasses from the bar are not allowed to be taken down onto the beach.

At the AGM it was decided that all boats (including jet skis) and trailers will bear a registration number please collect your appointed number from the clubhouse and affix it to your vessel.
